Okay the miso glazed chicken is my new fav. Finished half before I even thought about taking a pic. Love that the broccoli is fresh and not soggy.

This week was chaos with the kids, barely had time to sit down. Finally ate this during nap time on Wednesday. So glad I had something ready.
Braised ginger chicken after gym hits the spot perfectly. Reheats super easily as well.
Ate this between meetings, actually kept me full till dinner
The Katsu has real depth to it. and the crispness on the chicken is mouth watering.
Brown rice has good texture and doesn't turn to mush when reheated. This has become my Tuesday staple after the gym. Great way to recharge.
This has become my Sunday reset meal after a busy week running errands around.
crazy busy at work today, glad I had this in the fridge at office. Reheated quickly and tasted amazing.
brought the beef and onions to work, 2 mins in microwave and done. Way better than frozen stuff.
Shioyaki hits different. The Salmon skin is crispy, rice was fresh, and I love the little spinach side. Tastes like home.
Brought this to my desk for lunch, meant to save half for later but finished most of it in one go. Salmon grilled perfect, fried rice is authentic not oily.
I don't usually order fish for meal prep cause it can be dry but this salmon is legit. Juicy, good sesame flavor, veggies have that grilled taste. Ate the whole thing no problem.
Love that there's a brown rice option. Miso glaze has great flavor, chicken was tender. Healthy but doesn't taste like diet food.
Solid lunch. Teriyaki has good flavor, broccoli still has crunch which I like. Would order again for sure. Only wish there was a bit more sauce but still good
Honestly surprised how good this was reheated. Peppers and broccoli still had bite, shrimp were seasoned well. Light but filling.
Been ordering from here for 2 weeks now and this teriyaki chicken is my fav so far. The chicken is actually juicy and the sauce isn't too sweet. The Rice portion was perfect.
Both the shrimp stir fry and glazed salmon where my favs. My wife took mine so I gotta reorder lol.
Solid weeknight option after picking the kids. Would love a touch more sauce, but the chicken is always tender.
Ordered the salmon skeptical cause fish meal prep can be hit or miss but WOW. Was flaky and tastes fresh. definitely recommend!!
That miso glazed chicken + brown rice combo is dangerous good lol finished the whole thing
Grabbed a few of these for a cold Bay View weekend and it was exactly the comfort food I needed. Jasmine rice is fluffy, not mushy.
My go-to lunch between shifts at Froedtert. Reheats great in the break room microwave and the portion actually fills me up until dinner.
Tastes better than anything I could throw together after a long day at the office downtown. This one's on repeat for me.
Really nice umami flavor from the miso. Wish there was a little more of the glaze pooled at the bottom, but I'll keep ordering it.
Picked this up on my way home from Mitchell Airport and it was such a relief to have a real meal waiting instead of takeout.
Perfect for meal prepping through a busy work week in the Third Ward. Chicken stays juicy even on day four.
Ordered a batch for a small get-together in Shorewood and everyone asked where I got it. Great crunch-to-chicken ratio.
The crunch on this katsu is unreal for something that just gets reheated. Best one I've had since moving to Wauwatosa.
Genuinely tastes like it came off a hibachi grill on Bluemound Road. The zucchini and carrots add nice color and crunch too.
The cucumber salad is so refreshing, especially after a hot day working the farmers market on Center Street. Ginger flavor is warm without being overpowering.
This one feels lighter than most meal preps but still keeps me satisfied through the afternoon at my desk downtown.
Bought a few of these for my mom in Wauwatosa and she said it reminded her of a dish from a restaurant on Harwood Ave. High praise.
Great summer meal. Ate it cold with the cucumber salad after mowing the lawn and it was exactly right.
Salmon practically melts apart and the garlic soy glaze is rich without being salty. My favorite order since I started getting deliveries in Bay View.
The soy garlic glaze soaks into the rice perfectly. Ordered this after a long Saturday at Mitchell Park Domes and it hit the spot.
Great flavor on the salmon, just wish the portion of green beans was a bit bigger. Still a top pick for me.
Consistently one of the best salmon dishes I've had delivered in the Milwaukee area. The glaze makes the whole plate.
Salmon skin gets that nice salty crisp even after reheating. Edamame is a fun addition I don't see in other bowls.
Really clean, well-balanced meal. Wish there was a little more sesame drizzle, but the roasted broccoli is done just right.
Nutty sesame flavor with tender, flaky salmon. Great option when I want something that feels a little fancy without the restaurant price tag.
